Brief in person interview. People were nice. Asked about my previous experience. Discussed work hours and expectations. Overall easy interview. Very nice people. I had an interview after applying online and got a call for the job within a week. It was handled very professionally.

Hiring process was very casual. The job posting was made to online classified ad website (I believe it was craigslist). I applied and I was soon contacted by an individual from the firm for an interview. The interview process was very informal. I met with Allan and he did most of the talking about the opportunities in the firm and what kind of work that I can expect at the firm. He asked few questions about my goals and such but overall, the interview ended very quickly. Soon after the interview, I was contacted by another individual person from the firm who asked when I can start.
