The interview had four bits. The first involved watching a two-minute lesson and then you and three other candidates talked about it. You then had a 1:1 interview with a member from the education team. The third task was a 15-minute presentation on a topic that has been sent to you beforehand. Lastly, you were asked to write down a 10-lines paper on what inclusion is. As I was told I was too shy to be a teacher I really felt they did not care about my knowledge or my potential or the fact I wanted to teach, they just wanted me to be something I definitely am not and can never be.
