Gave a tough assignment. To make a report with graphs documentation etc. Based off an internship role it seemed too much, As an internship should be for learning skills rather than working as a regular staff.
J'ai postulé en ligne. J'ai passé un entretien chez Manatal (Bangkok) en janv. 2026
Entretien
Two rounds of interviews : one with the HR and one with someone in the department you’re applying to. Followed by an assignment which had situation based questions and to create a report. Open ended type to understand the applicant’s thought process.
It was all going well in terms of communication, even if there wasn’t much direct “feedback.” I did notice that they had posted a job listing for the same role a few days before sending me the positive feedback email. They still asked for my passport details for “processing,” along with the start and end dates of the internship, but never went through with the process after that stage, even after two follow-ups.

Technical questions - how would you do XYZ?
The interview was very casual, verifying what you expect to gain from the experience and what you have written on your resume, to confirm that your expectations align with what the company has to offer. The total interview time was 10 minutes.
