The interview took up a total of 4 months. I applied in October and started to interview in December. The entire process was slow, tenuous, and unorganized - most of the time, it felt like there was no progress to be made, and it did not seem like they cared at all. Answered 5 questions via Docs about location/role preference, interests, etc. HR Screening (3 months after application): Talks about your interests, why MS, why consulting, and general questions about the college experience Group Case (2-3 weeks after): Fairly simple with other candidates Another HR Screening (1 month after case): It seemed like they forgot I had one, and asked very similar questions as the first screening except with a couple more behavioral questions. Manager Interview (2 weeks after): Failed to show up the first time, rescheduled for a 2nd time, and had a great interview. Very friendly and verbally pushed me into a final round. After 3 weeks, HR sends an email congratulating me on making it to the final interview. Before they schedule it, they wanted me to send in my transcripts. My transcripts were good and did not warrant any red flags. A week after I was given the typical rejection letter. Asked for feedback, but none was given. Complete waste of time! The interview was also way too easy.
