Recruitment process of 4 phases. The first are exams (english, math and writing) then a dynamic group in the end they ask for information about the company specialize. Second is an interview with HHRR. Third is with a mánager, asks questions of financial system, current news and courious data. The last one is with a partner un english, recommended that you have prepared a study case.
