Emphasis on the role was focused on recruiting, more specifically creating a engaging and positive experience for applicants throughout the entire process, regardless of status. Spoke for about 15 minutes, then ghosted. The person in charge of creating an engaging/transparent/positive experience...did the opposite. Interview didn't go well, but the no follow-up pretty funny.
