The interview process started with a 30 min phone call with an hr representative and two developers. This was a call to discuss my skills and ask some questions about the company. The interviewers were very polite and had great information to share. The second interview was an in-person interview at their headquarters. Here I was able to meet some of the team members I could be working with. This interview consisted of a collaborative test, where I was being tested on my developer skills and ability to learn. After the test we discussed questions and different aspects of the work life at Malouf.

Met at the Malouf headquarters for the interview and had a very casual lunch and chat. I was able to ask questions about the position and Malouf's current processes, then I was given a tour of the facility. Best, most laid-back interview I have ever had. I felt like they wanted to get to know me as a person, rather than just ask technical questions.
