This was by far one of the most unprofessional experiences of my entire career. From my very first interaction... I was asked to meet their CCO at a local cafe. I sat there for about 30 minutes only to get a call from an assistant asking me to then come over to their offices which were about a 10 minute walk away.
While several of the interviews went well, when meeting with the CMO she slumped down in her chair and treated me with total disinterest throughout the meeting.
They decided to hire someone else more junior but said to keep in touch. A few months later I followed up via email directly with the CCO (with whom I had my communications), only to receive a shockingly unprofessional response from the CMO...to whom I had not even written. I then followed up with both of them thinking the email must have been a mistake, only to never get any response from either of them.
If this is how the company treats prospective employees, I can only imagine how they treat their staff.
