Rounds: 1. Telephonic Round 2. Coding Round I received a call from MMT HR regarding job opportunity. Firstly, I had a telephonic round of conversation which went for more than 1.5 hours. I cleared this round, and HR told me that they are very much impressed with my performance and want me to come down to their office for F2F discussion on weekdays. I took a paid leave from my office on that day. When i reached there, i was interviewed by Mr. Sohan Suthar and he asked questions related to my current project. To my surprise, he also asked what is the salary i am drawing right now at current company. Then he showed a page which he developed for MMT, and asked me if I can develop the same and in how much time. I was given 2 hours for the same. I started doing that assignment. After the end of 1.5 hours, he came in hurry and asked whether I am done or not. He then asked me to send the assignment over email and said he will share the feedback. I took a day off for the interview process and those guys just took my 1.5 hours, wasted my entire day for the interview process. They didn't shared feedback for 7 days and said they are yet to review the assignment. And finally, they said i was not selected. I replied over the email in which i sent the assignment for the feedback. Got no reply from them. I checked google analytics for the google drive link in which i shared the assignment with them over email, that link got zero hits.

Got a call from the consultant to arrange the interview. 30 mins before the interview, they called and said it wasn't possible because the interviewer was busy and scheduled it for the next day. Same thing happened the next day. And again the next day too. Apparently they think only interviewers' time is important and the person giving the interview has nothing important to do.
