Applied via LinkedIn, got contacted by a recruiter/HR team member via LinkedIn to schedule a phone call, had a 45-min phone screen in a couple days, followed by a virtual 45-min interview via Teams. The interview was great - lots of situational questions, some questions on competency and "what would you do in XYZ situation." I expected the next step to be an assignment/loop interview, based on what the recruiter told me initially. Waited for a while to get feedback or to hear back about next steps, but they just ended up reaching out with an offer about a month or so after my interview.
