Applied via Craigslist on a Sunday, got called on a Monday, and interview on a Wednesday. I got the job the following Monday. The interview began with a tour of the building, then moved onto meeting the team, and interviewing with three managers. It took about 1.5 hours to do everything, and was fairly easy from a questioning perspective. Thankfully, HR was not really involved in this process, so the questions came from actual members of the department, rather than an uninformed figurehead.
