You start with MainePointe recruiter then if you move on. Interviewed individually with a several people at the company. Some were higher up, one was a peer type position and one became my supervisor.

It goes on forever in stops and spurts -- and that's when they WANT you. You'll hear nothing for weeks, even when you check in, and then suddenly be urgently asked to meet with loads of people, often that same day
