It was a two step interview process. And if hired, they schedule you 3 training shifts before they cut you loose with your own section. There are no mandatory videos you have to sit through and/or be tested on.

If you were to have an upset guest, how would you handle the situation?
they asked if you had experience and if you were able to provide prove of TABC. other than that it was straightforward and easy to get offer and and and and
said there was open positions then went back on it, told me to check back in a month even though they claimed i was guaranteed to start there the next day.

N/A didn’t ask me questions just set up a schedule. Everything was pretty straightforward. Nothing else. The process to get the job took about a week. Don’t be nervous. Just be confident like you want to get a job.
