A thorough, but fair interview,
Split into two phases, an automated coding challenge, followed by virtual interviews by two separate interviwers.
Both of the two interviews took the form of a programming challenge.

Explain the complexity of an algorithm that recurses through an array
First you get a hackerrank test, then you meet them for a pairing test.
Really time consuming and at this point you still have no information at all about what they do, you just do the tests and hope you didn't waste your time for nothing.
