Interview was scheduled and conducted very effectively. Talent Acquisition team is really very cooperative and professional. All senior management interaction was simply awesome. Right place to work for all talents.

It was three round process. First was telephonic round with HR followed by Operations head & finally with Business Head. HR was looking for how my work ex will fit for their requirement. HR acted as a powerful influencer on the next round, especially as the interviewer is a senior member of staff of long standing and influence.

HR was more interested in my areas of work & experience. Operation head asked about my work experience and my attitude towards work. about tractors & farm mechanization business. About the challenges faced in my past roles & strategies used to overcome etc. All three rounds was for around one hour.

Easy process , timely interview taken as per the schedule shared . Go free on time , they offered tea /coffee while waiting and its was lunch time and they offered too.
