when I joined this, this company was non existant, then i was in mahendra educational private limited, this company formed in april 2011, then i was transferred from mepl to mp. i was interviewed thrice before my joining as a teacher cum R&D member. teaching shedules were very hectic, and atmoshere of carelessness by some higher authorities prevailed. as my interest was more with R&D I was transferred permanently as R&D fac manager then R&D Incharge. R&D schedule is also very hectic but due to my inclination towrds education related content i survived there. dress code, leave restriction etc are tough and salary is paid at subsistence level. most of the people working here are preparing for competitive exams, so they dont mind salary.
