Entretien
I went through the temp agency because they were looking for direct hires. Once that is done they take you on a tour of the plant and then someone from Human Resources will interview you. The interview took about 5-10 minutes with simple questions nothing unexpected. They call you if they are interested in moving forward with the process. If they want you they move forward with your orientation date and drug testing.

What do you think is the most important part about working for the company?
Long. Took awhile to hear back from human resource. Then had to deal with the drug test. Also background check. Alot of phone tag to get a hire on date.
There is a phone interview that includes about 15 questions and then there is an in person interview. Both are pretty basic questions that are typical for any company. In person interview goes more in depth.

Apply in person with internal application form and resume and submit to HR and wait for call.
Interview will be 1:1 with some English and Math quizzes. No dress code required.
