I applied at U of T PEY penal and got the interview two weeks after application. The interview was conducted at their office in Newmarket, the recruiter asked me some general questions like what's your greatest success, tell me about a time how you handled a problem and also some fundamental technical questions about Quality Control. The environment feels friendy and the people there seemed enjoy their work.

it was good, they have variety of question to judge the candidate based on technical skills, software skills ,management skills, an people skills. there were 2 rounds, one with HR and one with department manager.
