Magna had come to a local career fair where I had the opportunity to speak with them for a quick moment and share my resume. A phone interview was scheduled for later that month. The phone interview lasted about an hour and I was given the job that following day.

Entretien
The interviewers were very nice and professional and did a great job of answering questions. It sounds like they have an overall great culture and do a lot for their employees. I also appreciated that they were communicative about their decision. The cons were that the main person I was told I would meet with who would have been my boss was not present and no explanation was provided and that they said salaried employees have a mandated 50 hour work week.
