Highly oriented into technical side, focused on my experience, talked about internal managerial process and procedures. There were Questions if familiar with their product and it’s process. Questions if familiar with customer APQP process and ppap deliverables. There was no HR interview I was directed to meet with PM director. Only HR intervention was 3 days later at time when intentions to provide me with an offer via phone call. It was hard to heard my current compensation was way above their target. It Could save us at Lot of time if filter prior technical interview takes place by HR in this regards.
