I was hired by a third party which is contracted to magna.They asked about any prior experience in the manufacturing and preface to CNC .After that the interviewer told about different production lines on which i have to work

They are not hiring directly one need to do more than year from the agencies then only they will hire you and once getiing hire they wont ask any questions just they need you to keep working

Entretien
There are two parts during the Interview. The first part is the writting a skill test with genernal math problem and CNC programming problem. Not too hard. The other part is regular interview problem, like what your previous experience and why do you wanna work here. Overall, it is a average interview, notthing too hard if you refresh your memory with CNC knowledge.
