I had two rounds of interviews back in February 2021, one phone screening interview with the Acquisition Consultant and an online (virtual) with the hiring manager. I also completed a sample writing exercise in between the two interviews. I was told that I would hear back within two weeks. I sent thank you emails to both people immediately after the interviews. It’s now May and I didn’t even receive the courtesy of an email indicating that the position has been filled despite my following up with emails to both people. Apparently, common business etiquette doesn’t exist anymore at Magellan. Very disappointing and unprofessional on their part.
