I submitted online application for Technical Support Analyst position. HR set up the phone interview call in March and kept rescheduling the call and NEVER called. She again contacted in June for the same position. I had a very simple phone call with HR about my background and qualifications. Later, I was called in for competency test at their office in Burtonsville. The test consisted of multiple choice questions, finding the output of a program, writing a pseudo code, and drafting an email, etc. I was told to expect a response within the next two weeks. It's been more than half a month since I gave the test and they haven't responded with results. I contacted the company about 7-10 times through emails and phone calls to get an answer. During last call that I did, HR said she'd send me an email to tell me my status but she never did. No one from Magview replied to my emails. I truly believed my test went really good hence I was hoping a next round. I would have appreciated an email even if it was a reject instead of being kept in dark. What professionalism! Worst management I have ever seen!
