The first interview is a one way video interview. You have 3 questions you are given before hand and 3-4 questions that will be a surprise. You have 1-2 minutes to answer the question. The second interview is over zoom and focused on your resilience.

You have to first go through about 7 questions that they give you a minute to answer. Out of the 7, five of them are you'll have access to before, the other two will come up when you agree to start the interview and answer them. Most of them have the option to rehearse and you can choose which option you would like to submit. If you pass this, then you get a face-to-face interview that includes generic questions or versions of generic questions that are interesting and fun to answer. The person that interviewed me was cordial and welcoming but obviously, very analytical.
