I applied and apparently the sent a request for a one self recorded video answering some questions. I found the email in my spam. Along with another email sent about a week later to the extent of "you didn't respond in time, so we're no longer interested". This process tells me everything I need to know about this company. And though I am insanely qualified for the position, I cannot imagine working for a company that places so little value on candidates. The interview process is a first date, so to speak. If they disregard you on the first date, it's probably not going to be a good marriage
