very smooth. just phone interview then technical. i got an offer on the spot i started 4 weeks after got to look around the salon. everyone is very nice and the salon is clean

The interview was pretty easy. I applied a root touch up on a provided mannequin with provided tools. Then rinsed and blow dried the mannequin while I answered basic questions about hours, pay and availability.
