The interview process was simple and straightforward. All I needed was a resume and they started me with no restaurant experience at all. Just come prepared to discuss any previous experience you've had in any volunteer or working positions.

I applied and then went in for an interview. Very simple and easy. It did not take too much of my time. I got the decision relatively fast as well, either the day of or a few days after.
