Easy, few questions asked. They really just want to know that you are going to show up. The whole process took maybe 20 or 30 min and that included the tour of the facility

Very easy (almost non-existent right before busy season).
The most frustrating part was that much of the HR staff was seasonal as well and didn't seem to know the processes.
