I had a one on one interview with the Hiring Manager answering less than 10 questions. It was approximately a 10 - 15 minute process. The Hiring Manager informed me of the duties the position required then proceeded to ask me questions relating to the job. Macy's is very big on integrity so make sure to mention that you are about integrity to the interviewer. The questions were mainly about my experiences in school and how they related to the work situations at Macy's. At the end of the interview the Hiring Manager asked me if I had any questions for her, I always say yes and asked several questions about the team I was going to be working with, and what qualities would be suitable for the position. Smooth and quick interview and was offered employment at the end of the interview.
