Simple apply . It was to the point . Not to many in detail questions but overview of your career goals . They tell you what they are looking for and see if you can start ASAP . The interview questions are basic and one on one. They have computers for you to complete your background check as well

One on one interviews about customer service skills, previous experience, and passion. If i remember correctly there's some STAR format questions so remember previous work related experiences. Interview isn't too bad.
