Easy and basic question. I was offered an on call position and I happily accepted. I wasn't available right then and there however (the interviewer should've asked), so the offer was taken back. I was told to call when I'm available. A few weeks later I tried calling... for about 2 weeks leaving my name and number every time because they somehow lost it, then gave up. Another job was offered and I took it. I was really interested in working with Macy's though, but I needed a job asap.
Was interviewed for a seasonal position. Was told they have no seasonal positions, once they found out I was a college student. Made no sense to me quickly ended the interview.
I had one interview with the store manager and it lasted for about 45 minutes. The interview was all standard behavioral questions. I was offered the job on the spot.
