Had to wait 20 minutes for my interview, due to scheduling being backed up. They had many support positions they were hiring for, so they interviewed a lot of people that day. When I was called in, the merchandising manager who interviewed me was a little flustered due to the chaos. Then she took me to a private office, asked me general questions off a sheet of paper and seemed interested in what I had to say. She seemed impressed by my background and my eagerness to grow with the company. Then I was sent to another room to watch a video and fill out an employee sheet with some other. That was it, I was officially hired. Was never asked if I wanted the job, it was just assumed that I would say yes. Wasn't until I looked down on the employee sheet that I knew how much I would be making.

I was interviewed by one woman, then she passed me on to another woman interview me after her and after that I was offered the job. The questions were fair and tough.
