Next, they will provide an online information session, it is a presentation about Macy's history, culture and most importantly their M.O.M strategies. You better take notes during the online presentation. And then you will be filtered to the final round interview which is half day long. 3 hours case study and two individual interviews. One with either a merchant/a planner depends on your preference on which EDP program you want to get in. Then the second individual interview is with one of the representatives from Human Resource.
