Met recruiters at a college career fair, was invited to an information session, and given an interview. There were two interviewers and I spent 30 mins with each of them- both were approachable and forgiving. Three weeks and an 1.5 hrs of online math and critical thinking tests later, invited to a second round interview in NYC. Preparing for that now.

The interview process was lengthy but very conversational. I think there were 3-5 rounds. There was also a technical interview for your specific function that you took online in a closed browser.

It was easy. Just be yourself and don’t overthink it. First was a 15 min screening call over the phone. Then a 45 min zoom call with another individual. Questions related to past experience and how you deal with certain situations.

There were 3 rounds. The first is just an hr screening. You then have to take 2 exams for the second round. After the exams there is one final round. The process was very straightforward.
