Applied, then scheduled for interview next day. Interview took about 3 hours and I fully expected average of 30minutes. I had to wait a long time for each human resource personal. First, you go in and wait on them, then once taken back, tell them how you heard of them then fill out some standard paperwork. More waiting... Then first interview- all standard questions. After that, you go to a computer station and complete an assessment measuring your literacy on how to take a call and navigate the computer. After that and about 20 more minutes of waiting, another interview. Same standard questions as the first round, just reworded. After that and around 20 more minutes later, staff came back into the interview room and welcomed me to the team. I was given the Drug Test information then had to go out and log back on to the computer to e-sign something before I could leave. No respect for your time whatsoever, I can only imagine how that group of workers fiddle around all day and how little is accomplished by a whole recruiting/ human resource team with no sense of urgency respect to the clients time.

Very easy question super nice, company benefits were second to none one. They described how the training would go then I would be on my own. Very nice interviewer I enjoyed it all
