Just a few days after applying online, I received an e-mail from them to schedule an interview. I arrived at Macy's about ten minutes early, waited a little bit before being taken into a small room. The interview went well, I thought; every time I'd answer, he'd nod and say "great answer!". There were about fifteen typical Macy's interview questions such as "If a customer came to you looking for a new pair of jeans, what kinds of questions would you ask her?" Before going in for an interview, google the types of questions that are asked and they're all pretty much the same. It helped A LOT for me to go over the types of questions because I get nervous going in for an interview.

Virtue first. Then, at the store. Interview questions are not hard but hiring manager/s are sketchy. They posted part time positions but when I got into the interview they said their looking for people wanting full time job. So unprofessional to take my time.

Basic interview process. Applied online and was called in for an interview about a week later. Nothing crazy or out of the ordinary. No assessments needed. I talked about 2 managers.
