I had three interviews total, all with different mangers trying to fill positions in their departments. My final interview was a group interview with myself and one other person. We were both given offers and filled out papers stating our wages and starting dates.

During my first interview the manager took me onto the sales floor, had me look around, and asked me what I noticed about the sales floor.

Virtue first. Then, at the store. Interview questions are not hard but hiring manager/s are sketchy. They posted part time positions but when I got into the interview they said their looking for people wanting full time job. So unprofessional to take my time.

Basic interview process. Applied online and was called in for an interview about a week later. Nothing crazy or out of the ordinary. No assessments needed. I talked about 2 managers.

It was in person and lasted 20 minutes approximately. Before the int started I was asked to fill out a questionnaire. The question inclu questions about my education and prior retail sales jobs.
