Fill out the online application, they will request a recorded interview if they select you, then an in-person interview. Questions are really standard and repetitive, asking about sales, hospitality and customer service.

After a preliminary hiring process online, I scheduled an interview in store and received several confirmation emails to remind me of the upcoming interview. Once in management offices, a total of 6 questions were asked of me from a prepared checklist. From there I was asked to select which position I would like from the available positions.
