It was a three interview process one after the other. The first two were Directors who read from the same interview pack but asked different questions. First intervew asked questions 1-4, second interview asked 5-8. I was given a third interview with a VP who asked one question off the cuff.

30 minutes video interview. Basically introducing the company the first 10-15minutes. Behavioral questions for the next 15 minutes.process was pretty quick, but behavioral questions were too much. They have asked multiple questions on how manage team, and what success look like.

rigorous process over 6 interviews with senior executive team, competed for attention with 5 other candidates, dinner was also like an interview as candidates were placed in strategic order.

Entretien
I had an initial telephone interview. The next step is to receive an in person interview with the direct hiring manager from their Union City, California Logistics Department. I am awaiting for the call should it happen. Overall, I feel that the interview went well and I have positive outlook on the opportunity.
