One of the greater inreviews I've ever experienced. Very personable and friendly employees. Executive leadership were extremely relatable and demonstrated a positive presence amongst their store team. First impressions are very important as I was greeted with a smile and compliment. It made the interview more relaxed and comfortable.

The interview process went smoothly. I walked the store and met with the department managers who were all very nice to me and welcoming. The interview process was relaxed and overall I was very satisfied.

3 stages, 2 face to face one over video call, with several stakeholders. First round quite relaxed, second two rounds technical, case studies, role play activities, hypothetical scenarios. Good experience, very friendly, important to review the company values before interviews.
