It was a phone interview, which is new for Macy's. I have worked for the company a few time. This time I applied for a backroom position. I received the phone interview the day after I applied. It was fast, courteous and the same basic questions they always ask. My training is next week.

Entretien
It was a virtual interview when you're not talking to a real person..so it's kind of difficult to get to know anyone personally. Interviews this was is unfair to ppl who really need and want to work
