The company was recruiting at the University and I applied through career services. They held an information session where you had the chance to learn more about the company and what the internship would entail. A week later, they conducted interviews in the student career services department. There was two one on one interviews that took place. They asked typical behavior questions.

It went well, I loved the warm and welcoming atmosphere I received when speaking to the person across the screen. It didn't just feel like your general interview as she also enganged
Fair but with expectations about Macys acumen. Must know the business structure and things affecting the business. Fast recruitment heard back within 4 weeks of applying which was very nice. HR could be more responsive

Entretien
The interview process consisted of a behavioral section and then part 2 was about a worksheet you pre answer prior to the interview. The worksheet asks you to look at the macys website and see strengths and weakness. It asks for improvements and suggestions. It was around 45 mins virtually and very casual.
