Applied online and was emailed that I was invited for an interview. I scheduled my interview and on that day the lady interviewing me was 30 minutes late!! She seemed very rude and wasn't paying attention to my answers. She didn't seem to care and asked what I was doing there, she was very rude.
There were two interviews. The first one they ask about your background and your previous experience. The second interview was a little more intimidating. The thing they care most about is if you can sell the products.

Very friendly and casual interview. She asked standard customer service and retail questions. It felt like she wanted to get to know me first and that we went onto the job and professional questions. Eye contact and open body are a plus!! Make sure you know what you're talking about and don't EVER be afraid to speak your mind! EVER
