J'ai postulé via un établissement d'enseignement supérieur ou universitaire. Le processus a pris 4 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez Macy's en nov. 2009
Entretien
Received interview from career fair at university. I was selected for an interview at the career center. Was asked behavioral questions regarding my leadership skill set and ability to motivate others.
Did well enough to make it to the second round interview at their regional offices. The interview consisted of several parts: retail math exam, two presentations, an interview, and a group think presentation. The retail math exam is very easy. The two presentations can be nerve-wrecking but you have time to plan your presentation based on the information they give you. The group think presentation is really easy as long as your group is pretty intuitive and will let others talk. My group in particular did a great job. During the interview, you sit down with one of the regional managers and they offer a series of questions, much like the first round interview. Got offered the job a couple weeks later via telephone.

The interview process was lengthy but very conversational. I think there were 3-5 rounds. There was also a technical interview for your specific function that you took online in a closed browser.

It was easy. Just be yourself and don’t overthink it. First was a 15 min screening call over the phone. Then a 45 min zoom call with another individual. Questions related to past experience and how you deal with certain situations.

There were 3 rounds. The first is just an hr screening. You then have to take 2 exams for the second round. After the exams there is one final round. The process was very straightforward.
