Entretien
The first round was a phone screen with a recruiter. The second round was an interview with the lead and senior manager, which included basic live coding and questions about my resume, with a focus on Java, Spring Boot MVC, and Spring Boot API. After that, I was given a psychometric test. The final round was an interview with a Director, focusing on teamwork, cultural fit, and alignment with the company's core values. I felt I have done well after each round but I’m not sure why I was not selected.

I had a total of three interviews with macquarie. I had one that was with hiring manager. The next two were code based interviews one on a white board and the next was with the head of engineering.

Didn't pass the second one. The interviewer didn't consider my experience, just thought about what they do in the daily work.

3) Psychometric Assessment – Evaluation of cognitive and behavioural traits.
5) On-Site Technical Test – Practical assessment of technical skills.
6) Final Cultural Interview – In-depth discussion to confirm team and company fit.
