The hiring process involved essential information regarding the requirements and the children of Macomb Intermediate School District. As I have a degree in psychology I felt that working with these children would be very beneficial to me. The times and expectations are very workable and flexable.

Asked the reason I wanted to work for Macomb Intermediate School District and what qualifications I had to offer. I was also asked about any experiences working with cognitively disabled students. In addition, the assignment started almost immediately.
