I applied in September 2020 and heard from a recruiter 3 weeks later. We had a brief phone screening, then two 30 minute interviews with the hiring manager and team I would work with. The next week I was scheduled for two more 30 minute interviews and was asked for a writing sample. I heard back shortly after that they went with another candidate. From submitting my application to hearing back, it was 5 weeks.
