Was a mix of a Written exercise, competency interview, case study, and a group negotiation exercise. Lunch with informal conversations with trainees/associates and a office tour aswell. All in all a fairly straight-foward but challenging process
Unpleasant application process. Poor communication from the recruitment team regarding the dates and structure of the day, as well as regarding general queries. The written and case study tasks were very difficult, and in my opinion somewhat inaccessible to non-law/ finance students. The short time preparation was extremely stressful and did not provide for a conducive discussion about the material. They only asked three actual interview questions about myself/ the firm, and the interview on the whole felt rushed and impersonal.

Entretien
It was a negotiation, written exercise, and case study/competency interview. The assessment centre then ended with a tour of the offices. It was a good experience and the people were friendly. We also had a lunch with the trainees.
