Really weird — second round interview was with ops leader who was deciding on the hire. It was his 4th day of working at the company. Why on earth was this scheduled for his 4th day of working there? He had no questions and didn’t even know what they needed from this role. It was really weird and very clear that they were not taking this seriously. There was no way for that to be a successful interview.
