Ad was posted on Craigslist. I had applied before, and applied again. Most likely the process will be different for any future people, but I was called in and met with an Engineer (my future manager). He asked me a few questions (general behavioral type questions), and said he was interested in working something out. I started the next Monday. It seemed like I was one of the few who applied, and they took anyone that did (three people started the same time as me at a company of less than 10).
